X670E Hero Instability with Expo profile when resuming from sleep

Whenever an Expo profile is enabled, I see instability when resuming from sleep, where once every few resumes, the PC will end up rebooting instead of resuming from sleep. The system does not seem to have much instability outside of the resume from sleep scenario. 

My configuration is as follows:

RAM:  G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 32GB F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR
CPU: 7950X3D
GPU: 4090

BIOS Version 1516 (though this issue has occurred in every past version as well)
BIOS Setting:
EXPO I (EXPO Tweaked and EXPO II both display the same behavior, although EXPO II in particular seems unstable even outside of sleep issues)
PBO Enabled (Curve Optimizer with offset negative 25 for all cores)

My understanding is F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR is one of the most recommended memory kits out there, so I am struggling to understand why I can't get EXPO working while maintaining the ability to put reliably wake my system from sleep.

When EXPO is disabled, the issue disappears entirely.

I just upgraded the bios to 1516 on my ROG Strix x670-E with the same RAM chips and CPU and every time I turn on MCR it BSOD just before logging into windows. I have EXPO II turned on an AI Overclocking enabled. I turn off MCP and the issue goes away. Did not have this issue with the 1416 bios with no issues. Any potential solutions or considerations to get this working again?
