X670E Hero - High system interrupt CPU usage after firmware update

nomoreload
Level 9
Firmware updates for USB controllers and a new driver have recently been released.
After installing a fresh firmware version and a fresh driver, I observe stable consumption of one core of the order of 80% and another core of the order of 50% in idle time.
I tried reinstalling Windows 11 24 H2 (downloaded the iso from Microsoft's website, without any modifications).
On a fresh system without drivers, CPU consumption is lower, but there also seems to be a small consumption (about 10% of one core and 5% of the other).

BIOS 2604
CPU 9950X
All BIOS settings are auto, after clear CMOS

Thank you. Firmware Update is faulty. RAM Latency was also once by 140ns. Downgrade of V004 and everything again ok.
