The memory kit is Crucial DDR5 Pro (2 x 16GB 5600MT/s 1.1V CL46)
CPU is a Ryzen 9 7950X3D
BIOS version is 1709
I have tried both with only 1 stick in A2 as well as 2 sticks in A2 and B2.

Is there an opportunity to test with different RAM? Just to exlude any ram stick issue. Its a long shot at this point.

C5 is usually a bent pins issue.

I looked at the pins and everything looks shiny against a flashlight, like nothing was bent. I was also very careful with installing my CPU.

With all RAM removed, I am getting code '10'. The Aura ARGB also seems to work as well.

I checked the socket again and took a close up photo. There was some debris that was there and it's gone now.
Though, oddly I'm getting code 15 for a second and then error C5 afterwards. I have inspected after blowing out the debris and didn't spot any bent pins.

I think I'm going to stick a single DIMM into each slot and see if I get error 10 or error C5, in order to check if all of the slots can detect the RAM.
Update: Each slot gets a 15 memory training code and C5 memory/memory-controller error.

Here are pictures of the socket pins that were taken with my phone. As far as I can tell, they don't seem to be bent and it looks like everything is lined up correctly.

C5 is not cpu related though.
Without stating the obvious and looking at the other post you did for the RAM direction. Could I ask, have you definitely seated the RAM sticks fully in?

Yes, everything is lined up correctly. Additionally, with the RAM, I pushed on the bottom of it until I heard a click and then the top to close the latch. I have even tried pushing both ends in simultaneously and still get the error.
