Hello, when I tried to update the bios (1004) on the x670e hero motherboard, it freezes on code 11 and does not move on, I waited 40 minutes

PC 4090 master + 7950x + ddr5 XMP not expo 2x16 cl36/6400 + x670e hero

Can you suggest what could be the problem?

I had the same problem. I fixed it by putting the flash drive in the usb port labeled 'bios' and then EZ flash worked fine.

Try reseting the bios to default and flashing it - make sure you save the bios settings to a usb first.

If EZ flash utility in the bios doesn't work then use the bios flashback usb port.

Also, the USB needs to be a single partition Fat32 drive with the bios CX670EH.CAP in the root.
