When I plug an external SSD into my front panel, for example the Samsung T7 Shield or Emtec, I get a 1 second micro-disconnection before it reconnects.
The problem only occurs with USB-C to USB-C external SSDs.
I don't have this problem with USB-C to USB-A.
I don't have the problem with USB-C to USB-C with an internal SSD, for example, but in an M2 Nvme external enclosure.
I don't have any problems with a USB-C to USB-C controller ps5
I don't have the problem with an iPhone in USB-C to Lightning.
I have no problems connecting my external SSD to the USB-C on the motherboard directly and not on the front panel.
