X670E Extreme Memory Error 46 after Bios 1415 update

Hey guys need a hand with my PC, X670 Extreme with a 7600X and 32GB Gskill Neo 6000 . Bios 1303 works flawlessly, Expo 2 set and SOC manually set to 1.250 and works flawlessly.

Bios 1415 flashes perfectly, and works perfectly, until I reboot system for whatever reason, then I get a code 46 memory error and just hardstuck. A hard power off and on sorts it out and then it works flawlessly until the next time I have to reboot. Please help

Could you give some more information?
Did you make any changes to the bios with the previous bios?
EXPO, MCR, PBO etc etc?
If the answer is affirmative, try to clear cmos and check if everything at default gives you the same problem.
If it works, then reapply the bios changes you had before.
It's most likely an MCR problem.
I have the same motherboard and zero problems except to discover, on a board bought new less than a month ago, and after all the mess on the soc voltage, a bios 0411.

Thank you so much for your reply. The only changes I ever make is setting Expo 2 and then using the Fan Software to set a curve for my fans. Done and dusted. When the SOC issue became apparent, I would then change SOC to 1.250 manually and that's about it. Didn't touch OBO etc.

I do the exact same thing with new bios, even restoring default setting both before and after the flash. It boots up fine. It shuts down and boots fine. It's only when doing a restart that this error keeps persistently happening
