X670E Extreme Bios update

I see the Hero getting bios updates faster than the Extreme, when is the Extreme going to get the same ones? We are now two versions behind and one of them is an AGESA update.

ironically though, it looks like there might be a corruption with the HERO bios as i get errors on extraction with 7zip

Extract it with windows built in zip, the Extreme zip does the same with 7zip but it flashed fine.

yeah i knew that much but the first time i tried to navigate into the folder where the bios was stored, ex flash locked up completely, so i was a bit reluctant, however when i realised previous versions of the BIOS were doing the same, i figured it was something else going on and flashed it anyway
