Hello Everyone,

I'm getting error code 42 with a white light while trying to boot up.
I restarted after gpu update but not opening pc.when i started or restarted pc,i never see bios screen or something. I tried change ram and gpu slot,cmos clear, on board hdmi socket.Nothing happened.Do you have any suggestions

Hello,

This is a memory initialisation code.If still occurring directly after clearing the UEFI:

1) Remove the CPU from the socket whilst checking the socket for any bent pins

2) Remout the CPU and CPU cooler whilst making sure for even mounting distribution

3) Ensure the motherboard stand-off screws are not over-torqued.

4) Insert one memory module in slot A2 and attempt power on

I installed 1 month ago. I've been using it until today.i triedand checked your all suggestions.But nothing happened.

I  remove GPU and i tried onboard hdmi socket,change hdmi cable ,monitor.When I started the pc no signal on monitor. when I started the PC led panel display

If this behaviour is being exhibited at complete operating defaults with both or either memory modules it may indicate an issue with either the CPU or board. You may wish to test the system outside of the enclosure.
