X670E-E is not booting

New build with Ryzen 9 7950X, G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB DDR5-6000(F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR), 1000 watt power supply, and X670E-E motherboard is not booting.

I tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Single RAM stick on A2 slot
Reseating everything
clear cmos
BIOS flashback to latest BIOS (1602)
None of these troubleshooting steps have resolved the issue.

Hi there,

I would consider reseating the CPU and cooler to rule out a pin contact issue. Ensure even mounting pressure, and inspect the CPU socket for any damage.

I followed your advice and reseated the CPU and cooler. I also inspected the CPU socket and found no visible damage. I have attached a photo for your reference. However, the problem still persists.

In that case, I would remove the system from the enclosure and retest. If the issue persists you'll likely need to contact service for your region

I've had to disable IOMMU in CBS menu to get PC to boot.
