X670E-E gaming doesn't start up

Yesterday I built a new PC with an Asus X670E-E gaming. On it an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D processor and an Asus Geforce RTX 3060 Ti Tuf Gaming 8G video card. And a 1000 watt power supply also from Asus Rog. If I now want to turn on the PC, I do not see a screen. On the motherboard it shows the Q code 22. The LEDs that are there, one of them turns green, which means boot. But still nothing happens. This only happens when I disconnect the video card. With the video card in it, it does not go any further and a white LED remains on, which would indicate a VGA problem. I have checked all the cables and they are in the right place and properly inserted. What am I doing wrong? Oh yes, my memory is 2x32GB DDr5 Corsair Vengeance RGB

What means x670e q code 22

I have now removed everything from the PC, only the processor, 1 memory bank, SSD and the cooler. and I don't get a screen. I think I got a dead motherboard, 2 days old 😞

Hello Driver3,

How are you making out?

Try with one stick of memory in the A2 slot (second slot from the cpu).

With your pc shut down, let the psu switch on. Press and hold the clear cmos button for 3 seconds, then try booting up.

If it's not booting, try flashing the bios with bios flashback. You'll need a usb flash drive and access to a pc to put the bios file on the usb flash drive.

Once you get the bios file on the usb flash drive, rename it to SX670EE.CAP

With your pc shut down, let the psu switch on. Insert the usb flash drive into the bios flashback port, press and hold the bios flashback button until it starts blinking then release. The blinking should get faster as it goes and stop when completed.

Try booting up your pc.

The clear cmos button is beside the bios flashback button.

I guess it is Ram related not motherboard. According to my observations, Corsair memories cause more problems on the x670 platform and they are extremely picky about bios. I suggest you try bios one by one.
