x670e dram light on

I've recently built a new PC, but when I power it on, the motherboard's self-test always gets stuck on the DRAM LED. I've tried replacing the motherboard three times, the memory three times, and the CPU once. I’ve also tested each memory slot with just one memory stick, but it still doesn’t work.

Motherboard: Rog Strix x670e-e 

CPU:AMD 9900x

RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB (F5-6400J3239G16GX2-TZ5NRW)
