Up until maybe 1.5 - 2 months ago, my motherboard's bluetooth was working properly. Then I ran AMD Adrenaline and let it update the drivers on my system. Immediately after that, Bluetooth stopped working, and it hasn't worked since then. I've tried to reinstall the driver numerous times, manually-downloading the driver provided on Asus' website, and it still won't work.
I've just installed Asus' Armory Crate, and it shows a wildly-different driver version is installed for the Bluetooth, compared to what the newest driver is. This suggests to me that Asus again has the incorrect Bluetooth driver on its download page for the X670E-A motherboard - as has happened at least twice in the past. If so, why does it keep happening that Asus uploads the wrong driver to its support page for Bluetooth for the X670E-A motherboard?
Despite Armory Crate showing that there are some newer driver versions available for my hardware, Armory Crate isn't letting me select any of them to download and install. They're all greyed-out, and I can't mark the check-boxes for any of them. See the attached screenshot. Why is that happening?
Windows says the best driver is installed, but whenever I try to connect something to it, it briefly shows in Windows as connected, but there's no functionality between the Bluetooth device and my PC, and then maybe 20 seconds later, Windows disconnects the Bluetooth device. Also, when connecting something like a DualShock 4 Bluetooth controller, the light on the controller doesn't change from white to the colour I have it set to be when it's connected, which means it never fully connected. It tried to connect, but failed.
I would appreciate help fixing this issue. As I said, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver multiple times, using the driver on Asus' support page for the X670E-A.
