ill use this thread to collect some new test bioses for the boards, maybe also to explain some less understood options

to disable cores ccd go here and choose ccd xx bit map down core.
each ones stand for an enabled core
best to disable from the back, ie:
110000
instead of 0011000
after selection press downcore apply changes or discard if made mistake

explanation of segment2 Loadline:

dualseg.jpg

customize a heterogenous loadline for a dual segment workload range.

example above shows loadline=L6 when current is in range of 0~40A, and Level4 when current is above 40A.

Adds for x3d

dynamic ccd priority switch with core flex, os / driver agnostic so win10 win11 ok

97403

97404

Algo as follows:
If condition reached and ccd0 specified, then check current mem/cache activity > threshold and hysteresis reached, if fulfilled then switch
If condition reached and ccd1 specified, then check current mem/cache activity <=threshold and hysteresis reached,, if fulfilled then switch
Default hysteresis =4

Can combine multiple algos for ccd priority so combinations are wide

works on non x3d too but of course senseless on it. detailed explanation here.

ROG CROSSHAIR/STRIX X670E Series Beta Bios 1802

1) Update AGESA to AMI ComboAM5 1100

If the BIOS version is different, the .cmo file of the previous BIOS cannot be used (bsod problem)
so need new setting

Any chance of one for the Prime X670E-Pro Wifi? seems to use the same versioning as the tuf wifi board.

I have updated BIOS from 1709 to 1802 on my Hero board and I lost one nvme drive (I'm using all m.2 sockets and 3xSATA). I did factory reset 3 times but without any change. Went back to 1709 and all nvme work as expected.

@SAFEDISK Any news about what is updated? maybe new features? Maybe option for disabling mitigation?

on previous AGESA revisions USB power delivery in Soft Off state (S5) switched off would result in USB ports not being detected in some scenarios, I'd advise users who were experiencing this issue to update to test this particular issue or wait for an official release if preferred.

Hi, someone could give me the best bios 1802 setting for this configuration:

- processor AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D

- memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 32 GB. DDR5. 6000 MHz. PC/server. Registered No. ECC No. 2x16 GB

- graphic card: Nvidia 4080 Founder edition

Thanks in advace.

There is no best bios settings.... just use EXPO and tweak it further yourself

In my case it’s not working properly, I setup timings based on xmp/expo + manual tuning. Expo and xmp gives not optimal timings, I setup lower timing with the same voltage and it works smoothly and faster. I have 6400 32-40-40-96, for now it works stable on 32-38-38-50 stable and it can be tuned more, but I’m tired of it:)

This is based on your own hardware, but if you setup correct timings you will have good boost for system, but it depend on currently hardware.

I can confirm the bug with the missing SSD M2 that someone in the forum Overclock.net also has with new Beta Bios 1802.

On my X670E-Extreme the second SSD was from that GEN-Z.2 had disapeared. Back to Bios 1801 the SSD M2 was back. Now all SSDs are Back. All SSDs (3x) from Western Digital and Latest Firmwares.
