It'll game perfectly fine, but unless you need 10GbE, Thunderbolt, and a bunch of extra USB3 ports, it's overkill. A cheaper motherboard such as the TUF Gaming B650-Plus will game equally well and costs a third as much.
The ProArt is more of a low-end workstation board than it is a high-end gaming motherboard. It'll do the high-end gaming role equally well as a gaming-targeted motherboard, but you are paying extra for features you probably will never use. And for gaming high-end vs low-end motherboard makes very little difference. What the higher end gives you is mainly better VRMs and insulation for the memory traces, which helps with extreme overclocking but makes no difference for normal use. Buy a cheap motherboard instead and spend the budget you save on a bigger graphics card. That's what actually helps with gaming.
Which motherboard you should get depends on which features you actually need. Unless you have a 10GbE home network, you probably don't want the ProArt. The TUF Gaming B650-Plus for example is a cheap motherboard with decent VRMs for overclocking (not that you can overclock an X3D processor much anyway) and it'll fit three M.2 SSDs.
If you want something really cool, you could go for an mITX motherboard and put it in a watercooled SFF case, like the DAN A4 H2O or a Loque with the 240mm top hat. The ROG Strix B650E-I Gaming isn't unreasonably expensive, and it'll work fine with your setup. Superb gaming performance, in a tiny case!
uhmm i have thinked at jonsplus i100 pro but i have a 7900xtx and i don't know if fit in the dan a4 h20/ghost s1/jonsplus i100 pro for the motherboard i have also thinked at x670e-e or a gene!!!!

The Jonsplus I100 fits a 373mm GPU, which is huge, so your 7900XTX will probably fit. You can find the maximum dimensions the case supports on its product page and your GPU's measurements on its product page, so it's easy to determine if it'll fit. Same goes for every other ITX case.
I would advise against throwing your money away on an expensive X670E motherboard unless you actually need it. What it gives you is PCIe5 (which is barely a thing yet and offers only marginal improvements over PCIe4 in real world use) and probably better IO (like more USB ports, and 10GbE in the case of the ProArt). For just gaming, a B650 motherboard is going to be more than enough. The money you get left over you can spend on something else. You're going to get more joy out of buying a B650 motherboard plus, say, a great headset, than you would from buying only an X670E motherboard with a bunch of extra features you're not going to use.
ok for the moment i take the motherboard and the case probably will be MEG PROSPECT 700R or the bykski ce veneno MX and if mini itx the asus z11 what do you think?
