ill use this thread to collect some new test bioses for the boards, maybe also to explain some less understood options

to disable cores ccd go here and choose ccd xx bit map down core.
each ones stand for an enabled core
best to disable from the back, ie:
110000
instead of 0011000
after selection press downcore apply changes or discard if made mistake

DOCP/EXPO Tweaked: (for simple timings tightening)

for crosshair and strix e-e:

explanation of segment2 Loadline:

dualseg.jpg

customize a heterogenous loadline for a dual segment workload range.

example above shows loadline=L6 when current is in range of 0~40A, and Level4 when current is above 40A.

Adds for x3d

dynamic ccd priority switch with core flex, os / driver agnostic so win10 win11 ok

97403

97404

Algo as follows:
If condition reached and ccd0 specified, then check current mem/cache activity > threshold and hysteresis reached, if fulfilled then switch
If condition reached and ccd1 specified, then check current mem/cache activity <=threshold and hysteresis reached,, if fulfilled then switch
Default hysteresis =4

Can combine multiple algos for ccd priority so combinations are wide

works on non x3d too but of course senseless on it. detailed explanation here.

You need a mainboard with a specific external clock generator, an added hardware component to certain mainboards like ASUS X670E Extreme. That feature is missed on the ProArt X670e Creator mainboard.

that's a shame

I really like this motherboard, but if I want better overclocking, I'll have to join ROG🙃

I flashed latest beta bios 1101 and still there is a bug with gpu I wrote before.

Beeeeeep - bep - bep (long, short, short) = GPU problem, but after few seconds computer is going further to windows without restart or hang (sometimes I need to turn off and turn on monitor again).

After windows load - lower right corner next to the clock - nvidia info about "this monitor is gsync compatibile so I can turn it on".....

It looks like computer thinks that I connected new monitor.

I'm using standard settings - expo, pbo exhancement 80*C, two known options for faster boot/training and integrated gpu off.

Which options are for faster boot/training?

Power Down Enable and Memory Context Restore - both to enable.

Thank you man, will try it. My PC with EXPO enabled takes 45 seconds to windows after hitting power on button. Without expo its like 15 secs.

Wow man, from powering on PC to windows it takes 22 seconds, nice!

Keep getting Marvell 10G dropouts on the new bios at random times.

The NIC can't stay connected for more than 6 hours.

I left the computer on overnight and came back to a missing NIC.

with 1004:

-i have the issue that sometimes the GPU in PCIE isnt loaded correctely - it shows no stats in GPU-Z or HW info for MemoryJunktion Temp, Hotspot, GPU Clock Rate etc, i have to restart sevceral times to get my GPU back. When i try a Timespy i have between 1or 5 FPS, so its not a monitoring problem. its a PCIE 1&_1 Prob. The Speed also stays at 16x1.1.

-Thep previous problem came back - after Post and loading windows monitor shuts down and you cant enable it. ( i tried with an other monitor which worked first, but the second monitor got the same problems at the second day. I also tried a specific 1.4 Certified DP Cable - did not work either)

-if i try setting ABCLK to 101, Aida Crashes instant at stresstest

-im not able to do ANY Negative Curve Optimiser, if i enable -5 on all cores, AIDA Crashes after 30s to 1min.

Anyone else having these problems (G.SKill DDR 6000 on QLV, C36 2x16, 7900x, Crosshair x670-e extreme
Can you guys who installed 1101 confirm that these problems still exist like in 1004?
