Weird temperature alarm

Hi,

my X670E (with 7950X+4090) starts sounding what I believe to be a temperature alarm whenever I game or render video with the graphics card. I am monitoring the temperature with HWINFO, but can't see anything unusual (see captures attached). MSI Afterburner/Ryzen Master/HWMONITOR are also not showing any high temperatures. I suspect it might be the TSIO or CPU Package? - How do I find out?

Hello,

[HWINFO] Right click a sensor and click Customise Values. If you click the Alerts tab you can scroll through all the available sensors to see which if any have an alert set.
