Unable to undervolt 7900x at all

I am using an asus strix b650e-f Wi-Fi board running the latest stable bios 1224 trying to undervolt using curve optimizer. I also have pbo enabled.

First I tried doing all core all the way down to -1 and it still wasn’t stable. I tried using ryzen master to do an automatic per core undervolt but it kept crashing at the very end of the test and then gave an error message that it wasn’t stable and couldn’t be applied. the ram had no issues running at EXPO II which was the rated speed for the sticks. I consistently get a freeze, black screen, then restart. 

I am running a custom loop and i am trying to undervolt for better thermal performance.

Sid you find a solution. I have the same problem any change in pbo negative offset means windows does not load and crashes incessantly.

Try to set negative offset for CPU boost clock override parameter. Start with -200...-400, then run ryzen master and start per core curve optimization.
