Unable to get Ram to run at Expo

I just finished building my pc and am having weird memory related issues. I have a 7800x3D, Asus Strix B650E-E Gaming Wifi motherboard, and 2x16GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo 6000Mhz CL30 ram(Hynix M die). If I am booting the PC after leaving bios(when enabling Expo), the system starts up without issue and runs without a single crash or error report. I have stress tested the PC for almost a full day and a half using memtest, y cruncher, OCCT, Prime95, Aida64 and none of these tests report a problem or cause a crash/instability. However, when I have the computer shut off and try to power it on the next morning, when it gets to the start up/login screen it is extremely laggy and then the screen goes black, display says it lost signal and the system crashes. It only does this when using Expo, and I have tried, Expo 1, 2 and tweaked. All of them do the same thing. I've even tried running 6000Mhz at all Auto timings. I have tried bios version 1636 with AGESA 1.0.0.7b, version 1654 with version C, and the latest bios to no avail. The Ram is in the QVL and is an AMD Expo kit. Is this an issue with the CPUs memory controller, the motherboard, or is my ram just a faulty kit?

I had the exact same issue so I hope my solution works for you. I either need to have "memory context restore" and "memory power down" disabled. This way you will get long boot times as it will memory train every time it cold boots. OR ensure that you have "memory context restore" and "memory power down" turned on in both locations. That would be under both the "AI tweaker" and the "advanced" menu. If I had one set to "auto" and one set to "on" a perfectly working system would become unstable after cold boot. This shouldn't happen one should override the other. I hope they fix this issue.

Thank you so much! This fixed it completely! I had to set them both to disabled, but nonetheless, this worked and now I can even cold boot with Expo enabled and with Buildzoids custom secondary timings! This problem really racked my brain as I have never had a stability issue like this for any past PCs I have built for myself or family over the last 15 years.

Just thought I would give a quick follow up. This solution did work for the most part but I have intermittently begun to have issues on cold boot again. This time instead of getting weird freezes, I am getting bsod and then it will restart and work flawlessly. Ran stress tests for 3 days straight and cant get a single error out of it but these issues are happening even at stock speeds now. I am just going to assume at this point I have faulty Ram and will likely just RMA them.

I had to disable IOMMU in BIOS to stop BSODs, even at stock BIOS settings.
