Been using the mobo for 3 months and recently upgraded my GPU from 1070TI Strix to Radeon 6800 and ever since I can't get my PC to sleep. It goes to sleep and wakes up right away. Tested on Linux and Windows with all drivers up-to-date, all BIOS versions, all EXPO settings and everything else in BIOS I could change - same problem. Now what's funny is if I put back my 1070TI or use the integrated graphics there is no such problem so one would thought "it's the gpu" right? Yeah but the same Radeon 6800 works (sleeps) just fine on my old PC X570 chipset with Ryzen 3700X.

GPU POWERCOLOR RADEON 6800
RAM Kingston FURY Beast 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5-6000 EXPO CL36
PSU SEASONIC FOCUS 850
Any ideas?

Is the ram on the QVL list for your Mobo?
With the information we currently have here i would make a guess for now that there is an issue with one or more of: PSU, Mobo, ram, CPU
Since i live in EU i can return items after i have tested them so i would buy same platform mobo, psu, cpu and ram. and then start by using 1 item at a time from the bad rig to see what combination would start the issue. If you cant do that then you might need to contact warranty claim for every component. But maybe you will find someone here or on another forum that has a better answer to test out!

CPU: 7950X
MOBO: TUF GAMING B650M-PLUS WIFI
PSU: Seasonic FOCUS+ SSR-850FX
RAM: Kingston DRAM 64GB 6000MT/s DDR5 CL36 DIMM (Kit of 2) FURY Beast Black EXPO (not QVL listed but..)
At this point I suspect the mobo itself problem is I bought it like two months ago + I called them and it's hard to return as it works and they will try it with another GPU and claim this is the problem..
Btw I forgot to mention I have tried two other known working PSU from Seasonic and Be Quiet

It was impossible to resolve the issue with the PowerColor 6800 Red Dragon card.. Switching to TUF Gaming 6800 XT solved the issue without any additional configuration!

I have the exact same issue with the "Asus tuf gaming b650 plus AM5" and the Red Dragon 6800 card. I've posted more information on the offical AMD forum.
