Probably not. The only way on the X570 Extreme is the little button on the board. A skilled electronics engineer/technician could possibly convert that to a remote button in a very warranty voiding way, but otherwise nope.
What are you trying to do? If it's swapping between two sets of config, you can do that without swapping BIOS, just by saving and loading profiles in the BIOS.
