Strix-E: best way to fix/replace a corrupted sound driver

I did a clean Win 10 Pro build in April.  First time I tried to use my Plantronics headset with a zoom session, the earphones worked, but the microphone did not pick up my voice.  Same when I tried a Skype test call.  When I look at Sound installed devices, there is no entry for the Plantronics microphone.

What's the recommended/best way to fix the Plantronics headset drive?  Can Driver Store Explorer help or should I NOT use it in this case?
