Strix B650E-E: No onboard LED, ARGB headers not working

I have a ROG Strix B650E-E that I bought about two years ago and started using shortly after Christmas 2023. The onboard RGB was working fine at first, but at some point, it stopped functioning entirely. I'm not sure exactly when the fans switched to their default rainbow mode, but they eventually did.

Originally, I was using a Sharkoon TG5 case, and recently switched to a Lian Li O11D EVO XL. Before switching cases, the fans were still displaying rainbow lighting. However, after the case swap, all RGB stopped working—except for the lighting on the GPU and the Wraith Prism CPU cooler (which I reused from an older AMD processor, name forgotten).

Currently, when I use software like OpenRGB or SignalRGB, I can only control the GPU and CPU cooler RGB. Using Armoury Crate or AURA Creator, I’m also only able to control the GPU RGB (it's also a Strix).

Since moving my PC, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot the RGB issue. I came across a forum posts suggesting that I should check my LED EC version—but nothing shows up. I’ve tried reseating the cable under the shroud, but that didn’t help either. Because of this, it seems none of the ARGB headers are working, which might be why the fan RGB is stuck or completely off now.

  • BIOS Version: 3265 (and it appears to be locked from roll back)

  • LED EC Version

Side Note:
I’m also trying to overclock my 2×32 GB 5600 MHz CL40 RAM to 6000 MHz. So far, I can only get it stable at 5800 MHz. Any tips on how to push it to 6000 MHz without crashes?
