I'm a beginner so i did what friends advised me....
first I did was updating bios TUF-GAMING-B650-PLUS-WIFI-ASUS-3024 zip and then I used DOCP II and 6000

and then I started to use my PC and everything is great but my friend told me it seems voltages are not correct!(+fan was loud and I lowered it and restart was taking so long)
so I did these things:

Then I saw this on the internet
"The VDDIO is high, typically 1.25 is recommended if you are OCing"
so I lowered CPU VDDIO \MC voltage to 1.25

(also CPU VDDIO \MC voltage goes to 1.28)
now my friend tells me that my Vcore is high. should I change it? to how much?
pls tell me normal voltages for each one
is everything 100% ok with my PC and voltages?????if not what changes I should do?
