Rog X670E Crosshair Hero white led and no DP Sound

Just found a weird behavior and need to cross check if someone else is facing the same. 
ROG X670 Crosshair Hero latest bios (3205) + ASUS RTX 5090 ROG Astral + Samsung ARK G9 connected thru DisplayPort

Sometimes the computer boots normally but the white led on the MOBO (VGA) keeps lit (No additional Q-Code). At those times I have no DisplayPort audio meaning Windows 11 (latest updates) does not show the monitor as audio output. 

A simples reboot solves the issue.

I have this same issue on a X870E with 4080, also get stutters if I open display settings in windows right after login. If I flash bios and use my g sync monitor on first boot it also gives me D4 code where 1 reboot will fix the issue. The stutter on display settings happens no matter what display I use tho, but only on DisplayPort. HDMI does not have this issue.

I’m going mad trying to figure out this stutter / hitching after windows login. Once it’s happened it will only return if display has been turned off for a while or computer has gone to sleep. Also does not happen over internal graphics, but this again is HDMI.
