ROG STRIX X670E-F stuck on DRAM boot with dual RAM setup

Hey,
I'm building a new pc with ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI
AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 64GB 2x32GB
using the newest bios Version 2806

Currently, my motherboard only works with a single RAM slot (B2)—other slots and/or dual slotting in B1/B2 or A1/A2 or any other combination, for that matter, simply do not boot and are stuck in the DRAM indicator.

I noticed some previous posts about it, but no solution. Is this a faulty motherboard? How can I validate what is wrong?

Hi @Shuffzord

DIMM detection issues are quite often due to improper CPU pin-pad contact. Please firstly remove the CPU and cooler and inspect the CPU pin-pad and motherboard socket for any debris or damage.

Remount and ensure consistent mounting pressure and retest. If using a CPU contact frame, remove and reinstall the stock CPU retention mechanism.
