ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI Bios downgrade

After updating the BIOS from version 1905 (with AMD 7950X3D, 128GB) to 2403, I am experiencing severe instability issues. The machine starts by disabling (after a while) the LAN card, then the WiFi "goes crazy," and finally, it freezes.

I tried downgrading (with the related option always enabled in the BIOS), but the tool tells me that the .CAP file for version 1905 is corrupted (even though it isn’t). What can I do? Thanks for any suggestions.

Place the BIOS version onto a USB drive and utilize the flashback feature; I have encountered this problem in the past.

Press and hold the BIOS FlashBack™ button on the rear panel for about 3 seconds until the BIOS FlashBack™ indicator light flashes 3 times, indicating that the BIOS FlashBack™ process has started.
