I migrate from Intel to AMD and now have next configuration:
CPU Ryzen 9 7950X
ROG Stix B650E-E Gaming
GPU Powercolor Hellbound 7900XTX
Memory Kingston Fury Beast 2x32GB 6000MT\s ( KF560C36BBEK2-64 ) - That supported memory
I'm assembled a computer, discovered what memory planks in wrong slots, fix it, update bios to last version. Next I enter first time in installed OS and starting install new drivers and soft from Armoury Crate. Drivers installed normaly, but before reload I start install soft in second tab. I choice first 3 program and AFK from PC. When I returned PC stuck on black screen and not responce. When I try him to hard reload I get 00 q-code on motherboard.
What I try on this moument: Downgrade and update bios from flashback, clear cmos by button and remove battery, unplug all devices (include M2 disk, GPU, all sata disks, frontal panel), try any possible slots and variants for memory (include another memory plates), reinstall CPU and check all contacts twice (****** its hard but all contacts on mothrboard is ok, and nothing bad on CPU).
And that not helpful me. After power on I see long time code 15 on motherboa and after that still catch 00 code.
I can't check CPU by another ways and, as I say, I dont see nothing problem on him. What I can do by my self in that situation? Or last way is send to service motherboard or CPU and what component priority to send by garanty?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Good news everyone!
Two days ago I went to my CPU seller and he tested processor on place. And what can I say... CPU is not work on two another motherboards.
After that him CPU checked on presence of deformation and other defects, who check by visual way, but not find anything. And that thing I said in another message in post.
In the end we have dead CPU without any visual damage, 2 memories DDR5-5200 and another 2 memories DDR5-5600 at summary in 128 GB (and I dont have any idea what do with all 4 working planks) and new working CPU.
I'll build back all that in my pc-case today and write final result after testing. Because reason of death of CPU is unclear I'm a little worried about workability motherboard and another parts.
Wish me good luck.

What software were you trying to simultaneously install, can you list them?
This isn't advisable, regardless of the outcome. You should only install one driver package at a time. However, it's unlikely this has anything to do with the problem you're now facing.
Q-Code 15 is pre-memory initialisation. This process can take up to a few minutes initially depending on the memory configuration and UEFI settings.
I would first clear the CMOS and then install a single memory module in slot A2. Try both modules independently.

I can't say what exact programs were in list, because "Armoury Crate" not show me "tools" page on my old motherboard. All I can say that is first three program on second tab in tools page.
I know what is better way to install program is one program installation with system reload, but maximum risk when you don't follow that rule is system reinstall. And for that I'm ready.
About clear CMOS, I do it 6 or 7 times by both ways (only press button on rear panel and press button without battery) and this dos not work. I do it now again with memory in A2 slot and get same 00 code.
You can see that on video. That is my last try with second memory module.

Little offtop. I can belive what 2 memory modules is defected, but all 4 modules from different vendor that is some sci-fi or gigant luck.

So you’d highlighted some optional tools from the AC menu? In that case, this should be fine as they will be installed independently. Again, it’s highly unlikely this was the catalyst for what you’re seeing now.
Ensure all power connectors/modular cables are fully inserted. If the CPU pin pad appears to be fine, remove the system from the chassis and retest. If behaviour is still the same, you can contact service for your region or wait for a customer service representative here in case they are able to help you troubleshoot further.

With patience, check the manual for locations to install the memories in order to have dual channels. Check that you are placing the memories in the slots indicated in the manual as the ones that should be the first to be inserted. Check that the memories are firm and when installed they make a locking noise: click.
There is a beta version that you can test at your own risk: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/amd-600-series/x670-resource/m-p/978877/highlight/true#M5313
I'm using this new test version (2204 beta) and it's better than the the last 1813.
You can also follow the releases: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19gqxeeAdUmkwgE0EvH4MlJ7meeDbEHYP-FHYW-PMyOk/edit#gid=5220165...
If you don't want to upgrade, then you can try to contact the memory manufacturer and ask them to help resolve this issue together with AMD and Asustek.
