ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO not POST with 1709

Hey, With BIOS v1709, the system sometimes does not post with EXPO I. EXPO II works. The system information I used is below.

MB BIOS: 1709

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X

GPU: ASUS TUF 4070 Ti

Liquid Cooler: ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360mm ARGB

Mousepad: ASUS ROG Balteus Qi

Mouse: ASUS ROG Chakram X

Keyboard: ASUS ROG Claymore II

Memory: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL36-36-36-96 1.35V 32GB (2x16GB)

Case: ASUS ROG Strix Helios
