Freezes in BIOS, Crashes in Windows, Crashes iGPU, Random Completely shut downs!

I set the SOC voltage to 1.3 volts, unfortunately the stability has not improved.
The boot process took place in the save boot. Only after I set the RAM to 4600 MHz and
I also had to increase the RAM voltage to 1.26 volts the system could boot.
But the stability hasn't improved.

Is that the right Bios for the 7950x3d ? i thought its 1303. maybe im wrong

ive been plagued with the same issues since mid november. i have 2 cpus (7950x / 7950x3d ) 3 m.2 ssds 

ive had rma s amd everything and bought spare parts for all of it.

i have an rtx 4090 4 sticks of gskill ddr5 ram 2 PSUs (1000w asus thor P2 / 1300w GameMax atx 3.0 platinum )

ive upsated the bios several times reinstalled windows morte times than i can count and still BSODs , Black screens . tons and tons of driver issues even though i install them the right way. i have even replaced this Extreme x670e MOBO.

So the system runs a little stable for me. But it's not a final solution yet. Since the system still crashes and reboots.

As ksenchy has suggested try running with two modules installed in A2 and B2 and see if the issue persists, potentially a weak CPU fabric.

ive tried 2 sticks 4 sticks 1 stick. i never have any problems posting when i perfom a clean install. starts happeningdown the line when im gaming and eventually i start getting isasues. i watched a pro youtuber that says my microsoft account might be corrupt and there might be malware in my microsoft account.

Unfortunately, the configuration is also very unstable. I will go higher with the RAM voltage.
