Rog b650 e-f windows 11 isn't supported because tpm 2.0 isn't enabled

it is enabled on my freshly built pc, i watched videos, looked at websites, did everything but windows 11 isn't supported... why? how to fix this issue?

You can use RUFUS to burn your Windows install ISO to USB and there is an option to remove the TPM requirement.

i know, you can do it by using CMD in the windows installer, but then im stuck at that version, i can't update windows

Using RUFUS updates and everything works.
