MOBO rog crosshair x670e extreme, installed 128gb ram 6000 mghz, bios only reading 4800 mghz, anyone help with what needs to be changed for bios to enable the full speed of the RAM.

Yep, unless you run them at stock.
Just how things are on AM5, not much board vendors can do. You can run any one of those kits at stock, or consider a lower density.

As mentioned above, that kit is on the QVL 👍

Ah ok - I did not know, that all kits on the QVL are basically supported at stock (for DDR5: 4800 MHz) and the Socket-Support column is only valid if you plan to overclock the DIMMs to DIMM-vendor RAM speed (which is usually more than 4800 MHz).
