PROART X670E-CREATOR WIFI - EXPO extreme lag after installing BIOS 1415

Installed the 1415 Bios last night on my PROART X670E-CREATOR WIFI, when EXPO1 or 2 is turned on the PC moves slower than a glacier and freezes for minutes at a time. Shutdown doesn't complete and will hang indefinitely, Completely unusable until I go into the BIOS and turn EXPO off

I have 2x 32gb Corsair Vengenace Pro DDR5 sticks in slots A2/B2

I would like to know if there is something I can adjust besides rolling back the bios, I did not have these issues on 1410

Roll back the bios depending on what cpu you have if x3d you can only go so far back, i reverted back to 1003 and no problems now at all.
