Prime-X670E Pro WiFi NVME Gen 5 stopped working.

My Gen5 nvme drive (Crucial T700 1TB w/ Heatsink) started losing connection and randomly booting, until it finally failed completely.

I RMA the T700 and got it back, installed it, and it is not being recognized by the BIOS nor Windows.

Device manger shows a USB drive issue:
{Yellow Triangle} Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

No other issues.

Anyone know why the Gen5 NVME drive would not be recognized?  or how to restore it?

Well, this morning I was playing Cities: Skylines game and it started making weird audio glitches, and freezing off and on, so I exited out of the game and gracefully shut down windows and it froze for more than a full minute and seemed to shut down without issues.

On reboot just now, My WiFi went out and it took Bluetooth also, there's just a bunch of missing devices in device manager?  This motherboard is acting very weird.  I'm afraid to turn it on as it may not turn on again.
