PCIe video card not recognized during BIOS, but works only in Windows?

Okay, so I have Prime B650M-A AX6 motherboard with a Ryzen 8500G with integrated GPU. I also have an RX 480 discrete GPU. Running Windows 10 so far, but am getting ready to upgrade to Windows 11 before the cutoff date. Okay, so I previously used to get it to boot up with the RX 480 as the default graphics, all the BIOS screens, boot screens, and Windows screens worked on that one. I was getting prepared to upgrade to Win 11. Win 11 required that I enable Secure Boot and the TPM 2.0 functionality, and ever since then, I am getting this weird issue, the BIOS/UEFI screen, boot screen only work through the integrated graphics, but the Windows screen works through the RX 480. So I need to plug my HDMI cable into the motherboard HDMI connector when changing BIOS settings, and then switch over to the discrete video HDMI connection when in Windows. Windows would only go through the RX 480, and the BIOS would only go through iGPU. If I physically removed the RX 480, then Windows would work through the iGPU. I think that maybe enabling Secure Boot and TPM have somehow changed its ability to recognize the RX 480 in BIOS?

Okay, so I'm answering my own question. I figured out what to do, and I'll just put the solution on here in case somebody else has a similar problem in the future. You can follow these steps:

1. Enter bios screen (F2 or del)
2. Enter Advanced Mode (F7)
3. Enter My Favorites menu
4. Enter CSM (Compatibility Support Module) menu
5. Set Launch CSM to enabled
6. Set Boot Device Control to UEFI and Legacy OPROM
7. Save changes and exit

Your video card VBIOS must be missing UEFI GOP module, thats why CSM needs to be enabled.

A fix for this problem is to remove your GPU completely. Update the bios using onboard video and then reinstall the gpu after and the GPU should be recognised in the bios again.
