PC won't POST or boot (X670E-I + 7950X3D)

My PC suddenly won't boot, it doesn't even get past POST.
I had been working on it for some time withjout any issues. I turn it off, and when I turn it on again after an hour or so, it just won't boot. I just get a black screen, a loud fan (haven't really located it..), all RGB lights ON on RAM, AIO (AIO fans not spinning though)...
I've had this happen once in the past, maybe half a year ago. Back then, clearing CMOS by short-circuiting 2 pins. This time, this doesn't seem to help.
Machine was built in September 2023, and has been running flawless except for that one time, and well, now this time. I'm at a loss. I really have no idea waht could be wrong.

Some specs of my machine:

  • ASUS ROG Strix X670E-I Gaming WiFi
  • AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
  • CORSAIR Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6000MHz (CMH64GX5M2B6000Z30)
  • ASUS ProArt GeForce RTX 4080

Any ideas?

Fyi, I got it fixed. I'm back up and running.

I ended up connecting the Hive to my machine (which I had never used before). Through the Hive I did a BIOS FlashBack to version 3067.
After the BIOS update my machine finally booted normally.

Really happy I got this fixed, but still very puzzling why a newer BIOS did the trick, as it was running fine before the issue..

I can add that I haven't tried removing the cell battery yet. If it even has one..
