Problem description:
The computer always restarts after shutdown. The only way to turn it off is to restart it and then turn it off again. The only setting I changed in BIOS is enabling EXPO
System information:
Operating system: Windows 11
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix b650e-e gaming wifi
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RAM: 32GB (2x 16GB) G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO EXPO RGB DDR5-6000 DIMM CL30-38-38-96
BIOS: Version 1813
Steps I have taken:
I updated Windows.
I enabled EXPO in BIOS.
I tried to shut down the computer using the Start button and the Start menu.
I cleared the CMOS BIOS.
I performed a clean installation of Windows.
How can I solve this problem? Thank you
