This is my first post on this forum. I've ran into a constant issue with my new build. To start off this is my second build as the first one I did worked perfectly, but that was 6 years ago. I've cycled through parts trying to get my system to post. Started with MSI Mag x670E Tomahawk WIFI mobo sent that one back for another one, still no post same errors. Got ASUS Tuf Gaming x670E plus WIFI that gave me DRAM issues. I then sent back the RAM I had for RAM approved on the Tuf Gaming mobo list. I sent back the 7950X3D for another one. I took it to some experts who said they tested my components and everything worked individually. The only thing they couldn't test was CPU and MOBO. So I sent the mobo back and upgraded to the ASUS ROG Strix X670E-E. During all the troubleshooting and such I have did CMOS clear, many Bios Flashes, and booting mobo with minimum components. I figured with the new mobo it would help pin point issues with Q-Led codes. The new RAM I got for the Tuf Gaming wasn't on the list for the Strix 670E, however, the RGB version was on the list. I figured that shouldn't be an issues RGB vs not. I put everything together and as the title says I got this loop of error codes.

On the current MOBO I've flashed the latest Bios and tried a version prior to that as well. Tried use single stick of RAM in A2 and B2 along with rotating the sticks individually. I've reseated the RAM a lot, I also pushd extremely hard to verify it's seated. I feel if I push any harder I'd snap the mobo or break the RAM. I've loosened the AIO CPU cooler until it was hanging freely as I heard that can cause issues with LGA sockets. I don't believe my case standoffs are shorting MOBO as the others I sent back were not damaged around the stand offs in any way shape or form. No matter what I try I get the same Q-Led Code loop of 00 15 46 along witht he DRAM Led light. The mobo Bios it came with is 805 and I've read for my CPU I need 1303 and beyond as the reason I flashed before booting. Like I said I can't get it to post.
