Need help brand new build

In need of help, built plenty of computers in my time but this is the first one that i am unable to get into bios

ASUS B650-PLUS

AMD RYZEN 5 7600X

GSKILL RIPJAWS S5 - F5-5200J4040A16GX2-RS5K

COOLMASTER MWE-BRONZE 650W

CRUCIAL P5 PLUS 2TB (DISCONNECTED)

BOOTS FOR TUF GAMING LOGO TO GO INTO BIOS PUSH DELETE OR F2 SYSTEM ACKNOWLEDGES THEN JUST BLACK SCREEN AND HANGS

HAVE TRIED BIOS CLEAR AND BATTERY REMOVE , TRIED THERMALTAKE 8GIG 5600MHZ DDR5 SAME RESULT

Hi @skipppy ,

i. Leave one memory module inserted into slot A2

ii. Remove the CPU and cooler.

iii. Reseat the CPU and cooler whilst inspecting the CPU pin pad for any debris or damage - then remount the CPU and cooler whilst ensuring consistent mounting pressure.

iv. Clear the CMOS

v. Reattempt to enter the UEFI
