CPU Temp in idle : 40° - 49°
CPU Temp in games : 78° - 88°
1 - I need bios settings for best cooling ( pbo , curve optimizer, ppt , tdc , edc etc. i cant find)
Sample : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaOYYHNGls
2 - My rams 6200 MHz with dont working , 4800 MHz with working ? my rams is it compatible ?
My Config :
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
CPU Cooler : Arctic Liquid Freezer II - 360 A-RGB

Hello,
Those temps are fairly typical. Leave the PBO and curve settings at stock for now.
1) Have you tried DOCP II?
2) Enable DOCP I or II and reduce the frequency to 6000MHz to see if this aids stability.

You could also check this article how you can limit the CPU temperature while still applying PBO settings: Control the temps of your AMD Ryzen 7000-series CPU with ASUS-exclusive PBO Enhancement - Edge Up

@Silent_Scone
This ram for intel motherboards 😞
Can I use it (6200 MHz) with bios update in the future?
@Shenny
Thanks.

Hello,
If the memory kit is not on the QVL and stability can't be achieved with the profiles available it may be better to opt for a kit on the motherboard's memory QVL that is EXPO certified. Have you tried manually reducing the frequency to 6000MT or below?

I tried on 6000 and 6200, I got blue screens, errors in programs and games

What is the memory kit part number?
Check what the board is applying for VSOC at 6000MT and increase my 20-30mV incrementally.

How much voltage have you attempted to use on VSOC?

How can i learn ?
