My Crucial T700 runs at Gen 1 x4 mode but CrystalDiskMark shows Gen 5 speed

I have seen gen5 x4 in crystal disk info days ago but now it is consistently gen1. The benchmark seems x5 speed as usual.

Is this normal?

I think this information is provided by the motherboard. Why is this mismatched?

I have turned off both ASPM in bios. The M2_1 speed setting is AUTO.

Oh I figured out myself. Changing it to larger files would result in gen 1 speed. It is absolutely abnormal for a gen 5 speed ssd.
