Hi
I have a ROG STRIX B650E-E GAMING WIFI system with a AMD Ryzen 9 9950X video card. Case and power is ROG, cooling is ROG, 2x32gb DDR5 Corsair ram modules. It used to work fine up until a few days ago when it gets stuck in various qcode errors.
What I have tried so far:
1. Starting the pc with either one or the other RAM sticks
2. removing the graphics card to see if that is the issue. Same behavior.
3. Tried another M2 SSD to see if that is the culprit.
4. Checked cmos battery voltage and that seems just fine
5. did reset the cmos using the button on the back of the mainboard
6. checked various Display ports or hdmi to see if the ports ar broken both onboard and on the video card
The issue is the computer no longer boots, while the qcodes on the MB goes in various states and stops in either 62 or 63. While assemblying everything together the boot seq looks kind of weird since the MB goes in various codes and seems to reset automatically but it never gets ot of the loop. Here is a video of the qcode on the mainboard https://i.imgur.com/5GgxKQO.mp4. It used to work just fine for 2 weeks and then crashed and never recovered without any intervention (hardware or software).
Any advice on the matter will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Hello MikeWazowski
Try updating or reflashing the bios with the bios flashback feature.

Just tried that. Worked normally (the procedure) but after that the behavior is the same.

After a few loops it gets stuck in QCODE 12.

Thank you
The code it stops on is the important one.
Let's see if we can track it down.
Code 12 = Pre-memory CPU initialization is started

I have ordered a new ASUS MB that is compatible with this CPU and a new stick of RAM. Checked the CPU on the new MB and it is still dead so I presume there is either an issue with the cooler - not working - and the CPU is in protection mode or the CPU might be toast. I believe the person who did the assembly did mismatch the power for the water cooler with the power for the fan cooler and this might have broken the cooling system rendering all these problems. I will keep this thread updated once I find more info.
Qcode with new RAM stick is still 15.
PC won't boot with new MB either.

Code 15 = Pre-memory System Agent Initialization.
This could be memory training which can take a little while.
Make sure you have the memory stick installed in the A2 slot (2nd slot from the cpu).
Clear the cmos again.
Try booting up, if it stops on code 15, give it 10-15 minutes.

I will try that as well and update the thread.
