Long boot time with ASUS B650-E TUF GAMING

I just picked this motherboard up couple with an ADM 7800X3D. I am running BIOS VER .2413.

It takes a while to cold boot and I read that I need to enable 'memory context restore' but I cannot find it anywhere, including the DDR section.

Any advice?
