I have an x670 hero and this is the second time i'm having this issue. neither the start button on the mb or the power button do anything. the lights r on. it was running 5 minutes earlier. i took it down to put water in it, started it to purge the air, let it run for 20ish minutes and hit the psu switch, stuck it back on my desk and here we are.
the first time it did this i completely disassembled everything and piece it back together and it started working again.

I tried every button. no response from anything.

If you're flushing/filling the system with power to the board that's going to raise some eyebrows to some enthusiasts, but try holding the power button for 5 seconds then retrying.
Clear CMOS via the rear IO and cycle the AC from the mains also.

there wasn't power when i was filling. i tried everything, every button, every connector was re-seated, cmos battery taken out... tore it apart and started from like it was a new parts.
