I have a Asus Tuf Gaming Z690 Wifi plus D4 and my LAN driver will not reinstall. I downloaded it from the official website and when I run the installer as admin it *might* flash CMD for a split second but never says it was installed. It doesn't even show under hidden devices in the device manager. I have also disabled it in the bios rebooted then enabled and rebooted and it still doesn't show. I know it's not a hardware issue because previously it was showing as disabled but would not enable. So I uninstalled it because logically that was the next best thing as drivers usually reinstall when checking for hardware changed. It did not do so. I am running out of options. I know that I could just get another NIC and move on, but I would really just like to get mine working. I have also updated to the latest BIOS and that did not fix it either. Looking for more suggestions. Thanks.
