Freezing and frame drops

I Have some problems with my new x670e hero and 7950x3d and 32 gb RAM gskill F5-6400J3239G16GX2-TZ5NR. The problem persist with expo 1-2 

The problema consisting în windows freezing about 5-6 minutes after the boot and games as well the mai game that I play war thunder is also freezing and frame dropping after 5-6 minutes.

I have tidied a diferent ram same gskill but it was for intel and the same problem any fix ?

go into device manager --> system devices --> thunderbolt driver then uncheck box where it says "Allow the pc to put this device into sleep" . youre freezing will be gone.
