Feature Request - Windows App to toggle Turbo Game Mode

This is a feature request for a Windows app that can toggle the setting for Turbo Game Mode in the latest BIOS and prompt for a reboot to make it effective. Ideally, this would be able to toggle both ways (on and off).

Also applies to 800 series.
