Hello!
I'm having a rather annoying problem and I can't find the source.
First of all, my system is new and made up of.
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 7 7800X3D
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB 32GB DDR5 C30
POWER SUPPLY: SEASONIC FOCUS GX ATX 3 850W
WATER COOLER: LIAN LI GA II TRINITY PERFORMANCE
GRAPHICS CARD: Gigabyte Gaming OC GEFORCE RTX 4070
And sometimes I receive a POST message (but not always) that my system is experiencing instability.
But actually I don't have any problems. No Bluescreen, no crashes, I have minimal software installed
I stream too and always without any problems.
I have the latest Bios update, I've already done the memory test and everything is normal, as are the temperatures and there are no suspicious services (I think)
This started happening after I updated the BIOS
In the image below it also states that I have 3 keyboards. lol this is a lie

Yes, that's exactly what I do when the problem occurs. I just go into Bios, do F10 and then it works.
But this is annoying and shouldn't work like that, obviously.
The most frustrating thing is that apparently Asus knows this and never did anything about it.
And all this happened when I updated the Bios for the first time since I had the Motherboard.
With Bios version 3024 (which was the one that came) I didn't have this problem. So ASUS is at BLAME HERE.
You still have another option, and that is to disable the error/POST (F1) messages in the bios so that this message no longer appears.

Unstable overclock.
Enabling Memory Context Restore may help in some cases.

But this is false information. I don't have any instability problems, I play and stream for hours without any problems.
In fact, when I bought the Motherboard and the version it had was Version 3024 and with exactly the same settings I never received this message.
It was after updating the Bios to the latest versions. So I can say with 100% certainty that the problem was with the Bios updates.
Just look at the number of people with the same problem. Enabling Expo 1 / 2 in bios gives ”Posted in safe mode” at start up : r/AMDHelp

If that were the case, you wouldn't be posting in Safe Mode. Stable systems don't need to POST in Safe Mode.
The easiest way to test is to see if it occurs at Optimised Defaults, without EXPO overclocking. Try EXPO II and see if this helps as well as enabling MCR as already suggested.

As I have already mentioned and will mention again, I have now been using the computer for over a month, between playing with the settings at maximum, streaming at the same time and I am not having ONE SINGLE instability problem. (no crashes, no blue screens, nothing)
So it's annoying to keep receiving a POST message saying that my system is unstable. It's a problem that arose after a BIOS update and should be something that ASUS can resolve without any problems.
Because I'm not alone in this, more and more people are having this problem and once again this can be seen here https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/14ye1z9/enabling_expo_1_2_in_bios_gives_posted_in_safe/
Yes, it will probably be something related to EXPO, but I don't have to use the 4200mhz memories (which is the standard), I want to enjoy the 6000mhz that I have always used since the first day without any problems.
This problem happened after an update, so I know that my system works well with EXPO turned on and memories at 6000mhz speed.
But I'm going to enable MCR with EXPO activated, I haven't done that yet.
Now where can I find this option?

There is a disparity between what is electrically valid (at POST) and what passes memory tests within the operating system. While marginally faulty timing signals may not produce errors during normal use, the potential for issues remains.
Test with EXPO II with MCR. If the system stability does not appear conditional once in the OS, using EXPO II may be sufficient enough to remove the training failure rate.
Use the search function in the UEFI to find Context Restore

Thank you I will do that!
Anyway, I say it again, this was a BIOS update problem, who can guarantee me that everything is ok, and is it just a visual problem?
Since I bought the Motherboard, there have been no problems, after updating the BIOS, I had this message, it's more than obvious.

Could you tell me where to find this option in BIOS?
