Can't register Motherboard TUF B650-Plus

Hi,

I am unable to register my TUF Gaming B650-Plus Motherboard on the registration page. When adding the serial number it automatically fills in the Product type and Product Name but after clicking submit it pops up as "Serial Number Incorrect!"Screenshot 2023-08-03 052724.png
