Can not register my Motherboard ASUS ROG Strix X670E-E Gaming WIFI

I will register my Motherboard on Asus but get always wrong Serial number. I took the serial number which was on the box. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or why this won't work.

I recommend contacting ASUS support. They may be able to give you the latest information on whether there is an issue with x670 product registration.

If your serial number has what looks like the letter O, your typing the letter O, and your getting an error,.. than try typing the number zero 0.

Or reverse it if your typing number 0,.. try letter O.

See if that works.
