X670E Hero bios 2704 flaw affecting VCORE offset

With the latest X670E BIOS 2704 it is not possible to set the VCORE offset sign (+/-) it defaults to (-).The sign is default set to - (minus) but it seems like it applies a VCORE with positiv offset instead.
